The staff devoted to our Kids & Youth programs are caring
individuals who love to work with youngsters.
Meet our staff by reading the below brief profiles.
Christel
Dippery
Children's Ministries Director
Christel and her family attended Trinity for more than
three years before joining the church in March 2007. She
began heading our Children's Ministries shortly thereafter.
Christel is the mom of three children and married to
Robert. Her priority in serving at Trinity is helping
children to know God's love.
"I hope to be able to help reach out to children in our
community as well. In our ever-changing world, I feel that
it is imperative for children to know that there is always a
constant, and that is God's love for them."

Kay Daly
Nursery Coordinator
Kay started working as a nursery volunteer while still a
teenager. Though she's served as Trinity's nursery
coordinator just over a year, Kay's logged more than 25
years of faithfully serving in the nursery every Sunday.
A 26-year member of Trinity, Kay said she loves her
job in the nursery. "Just being able to help out the parents
and have them know that their kids are well cared for is
great," she said. "Plus, I also love bonding with the kids
and getting to know them."

Connie Himes
Nursery AssistantConnie began volunteering in
the nursery in 1996 after she and her son started attending
Trinity. After joining the congregation, Connie found
herself spending lots of time in the nursery with her son
and has been volunteering ever since. "I love playing with
the kids," the mom of three boys says. "It's fun to get down
on their level and play -- especially the little girls since
I don't get to play with girls too often!" |

Jennifer Roush
Evening Nursery Coordinator
Jen and Larry have attended Trinity since joining in
2004. Jen and Larry were married in March 2005. Jen is a
part of both the Trinity Ringers and the Sanctuary Choir.
Last year, she found herself looking for a new way to
serve and found there was a need for an evening nursery
coordinator. Her main focus is providing care for children
in a Christian setting.
"I love playing with the children as they grow and mature. I
like getting to know them and helping them show their
interests. It's fun to sit on the floor and play with the
children."
