Extended Hands of Trinity
consists of members of volunteers who give their time
to help others with temporary, health-related needs.
Each Sunday we publish the name and phone number of the Extended
Hands Care Coordinator in the church bulletin. That person is
“on-call” for the week.
If you or someone you know has a need
that fits into one of the categories listed at right, simply call the
Care Coordinator and make your request. If you have misplaced
your bulletin, the Care Coordinator for this week appears on our
home page. You may also simply call the church office at 566.0252 for the
name and phone number of the weekly Care Coordinator.
The Care Coordinator will contact one of the Extended Hands
Caregivers. The Caregiver will then call you to make the
necessary arrangements. If it’s a simple request (such as a ride
to a doctor’s office), the Caregiver may handle everything by
him/herself.
If it’s a more complex request (such as help with a
hospital-to-home transition), then several Caregivers may be
involved over a period of days or weeks. Extended Hands also can
help anyone in need to obtain a broad range of equipment free of
charge. For more information, contact program coordinator
Dennis Owen via the church office at 566-0252, ext. 105.
